NORML Canada is led by a Board of Directors that is composed of four Executive Officers and five Regional Directors. The Board determines organizational policy and approves action initiatives. Furthermore, the Board appoints the Executive Director and the NORML Canada Staff, who are themselves responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization.
